Integrations and APIs: connecting the software you use

I connect the systems you already use: payments, CRM, online store, external services. Data moves from one program to another without copying it by hand.

Often you do not need a new program: you need the ones you have to talk to each other. APIs are the channels programs use to exchange data. I use them to connect your tools, so a piece of information is entered once and gets where it is needed.

Examples of connections

  • Orders from the online store reaching your management software.
  • Contacts from the website flowing into the CRM.
  • Payments updating the status of orders and invoices.
  • Bookings landing in the calendar and in confirmation emails.
  • Data from several services brought together in one report.

How a connection is built

First we clarify where the data starts, where it needs to go and what should happen if something goes wrong. Then I build the connection with checks and alerts for errors, and keep it up to date when external services change.

To understand when connecting beats rebuilding, read custom software or off-the-shelf. If the connection becomes part of larger software, see web app development.

How the work goes

  1. 01

    Idea

I listen to how you work today and what you want to change. Then I tell you what I would build, and what I wouldn't.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure, content and look take shape. You see everything before it gets built.

  3. 03

    Build

The code is written for your project, without templates. Light, fast pages.

  4. 04

    Launch

I put it live on your domain, tested on phone, tablet and desktop. Your customers can use it with ease on any screen.

What I work with

  • Backend.NET, C#, Node.js, PHP
  • CloudAWS, Lambda
